What we collect

When you submit the inquiry form we collect your name, email address, and the note you write. If you choose to provide them, we also collect your phone number, event date, event type, guest count, and event location.

We also record the IP address of submissions for a short period. This is used only to limit automated abuse of the form, and is deleted after one day.

We do not use advertising trackers, and we do not build a profile of you.

How we use it

To reply to your inquiry with a quote, and to arrange your event if you book with us.

We send you an automatic email confirming we received your inquiry.

We do not sell your information, and we do not share it for anyone else's marketing.

Who else handles it

Your inquiry is stored with Supabase, our database provider, and delivered to us by Resend, our email provider. This website is hosted by Netlify. Each of these companies processes the information only in order to provide their service to us.

How long we keep it

We keep inquiries for as long as we may reasonably need them for our records and to serve returning customers. You can ask us to delete yours at any time and we will.

Your choices

Email us and we will tell you what we hold about you, correct it, or delete it. If you are a California resident, you may have additional rights under state privacy law, and the same email address is how to exercise them.
